Providing urgent financial assistance to patients and their families since 1991

Social Worker Login

In 1991 leading transplant surgeon Ross Taylor founded the Transplant Patients Trust of Great Britain with the aim of providing emergency financial support to patients who are waiting for, or who have had a solid organ transplant in the UK. Since this time our charity has supported hundreds of patients, and with the help of the amazing individuals who raise funds for us, we continue to do so.

Currently the charity has five volunteer trustees. We have an ex-transplant social worker and an ex- transplant co-ordinator along with three transplant recipients and we pool our skills and knowledge to offer support and are constantly evolving to improve what we do. Of course, we are all passionate about organ donation and raising public awareness too.

If you think that we may be able to help you, please have a look at our ‘For Patients’ section of the website.

If you are a professional working in transplant services and are not already registered with us all of the information you need is in the ‘For Professionals’ section.

If you are thinking of supporting us – Thank you very much – your kindness means the world to us, and allows us to continue what we do.  You’ll find all of the information, and links in ‘For Supporters’.

Thank you for visiting us,

From the small charity with the big heart.
